Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily P&L reporting and risk-based decomposition

• Mentor and guide a diverse team of finance professionals

• Facilitate agreement between Front Office and Financial Control

• Ensure reconciliation and attestation of financial records

• Report results to senior stakeholders and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Product Control or finance within banking

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Proficient in Excel and related financial tools

• Understanding of operational controls in trading environments
