Position: AVP Central Actuarial Leadership Role
Step into a leadership role as AVP of Central Actuarial and Finance at ivari, focusing on financial performance and strategic actuarial insights in a hybrid work environment.

As the AVP, you will report directly to the VP, Corporate Actuarial, orchestrating actuarial results and shaping business strategies through effective financial forecasts. This position requires an analytical mindset and clear communication skills to relay complex insights to senior management while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver detailed financial insights to senior leadership

• Facilitate executive communications on financial performance

• Oversee financial forecasting and business planning initiatives

• Manage actuarial reporting and regulatory compliance

• Drive process improvements in finance operations

Requirements:

• Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries

• 10+ years of experience in Life insurance

• Expertise in Canadian life insurance financial reporting

• Proven leadership and team mentorship capabilities

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
