In the role of Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of goeasy's operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce tickets, facilitating customer service interactions, and providing back-up support within our Central Operations Department. With your expertise, you will help streamline processes and enhance service delivery across our retail locations in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle ticket escalations and manage operational duties
• Provide support and coaching to the retail team
• Process changes to customer loan accounts efficiently
• Document all processes and maintain team efficiencies
• Support administrative needs for the Indirect Channel
Requirements:
• 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in Financial Services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
• Must work flexible hours, including weekends
