Position: Tangerine Bilingual Credit Recovery Role
Elevate your professional journey with Tangerine as a Bilingual Credit Recovery Specialist. You will be instrumental in achieving delinquency targets while effectively communicating with clients in both English and French.

As a Credit Recovery Specialist, your main focus will be on mitigating losses while managing a minimal delinquency ratio across the Tangerine portfolio. Your daily tasks will involve client calls to resolve payment issues, completing investigations on delinquent accounts, and practicing excellent customer service while processing bankruptcies and proposals. Your analytical skills will help drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain delinquency ratios based on objectives

• Contact clients to negotiate payments proactively

• Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients

• Process bankruptcies and proposals accurately

• Identify and implement efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual in English and French

• Knowledge of compliance and banking products

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability for analytical problem-solving
