Position: Interim Head of Financial Planning Greater
A leading mid-sized client is in search of an Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analytics in the Greater Toronto Area. This critical role focuses on strategic financial leadership during a transition.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise planning processes. You will provide data-driven recommendations that strengthen growth initiatives and support M&A activities. This position demands a leader with significant experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and long-range planning initiatives

• Develop financial models and business cases for projects

• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership

• Support M&A due diligence and corporate development

• Oversee data governance and analytics framework

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

• Background in Fintech or entrepreneurial Financial Services

• Proven work with Board of Directors

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

• Strong grasp of data governance best practices
