Finance Manager at Swiss Re

As a Finance Manager, you will support senior leadership with in-depth financial insights and analytics at Swiss Re. Collaborate across client markets and business units to understand performance drivers and facilitate timely financial analysis. This role demands keen analytical insight, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to navigate complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build understanding of financial performance drivers each quarter

• Ensure timely analysis and submission of financial performance

• Collaborate on ad-hoc requests and present findings clearly

• Support New Business projections and the business plan

• Analyze business results while ensuring consistent valuations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years relevant work experience in insurance

• Experience with L&H IFRS Financials, especially IFRS 17/9

• Degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related fields

• Proficiency in financial systems and data management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
