Processing Representative

Fidelity is hiring Processing Representatives in Toronto and Calgary on a flexible hybrid schedule. Manage mutual fund accounts and ensure client satisfaction in this contract role.

The role, requiring work authorization in Canada, involves rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, accommodating between 8 am and 8 pm EST. Candidates will focus on account administration and trade execution while embracing a culture of collaboration and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer financial transactions for retail mutual funds

• Execute trades and manage client accounts

• Resolve transaction issues with clients in a timely manner

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication

• Adapt to shift patterns as required

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience preferred

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• French skills considered beneficial

• Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
