Position: Actuarial Staff Position at EY

As part of the Reward team, you'll work alongside actuaries, lawyers, and tax professionals in delivering high-quality actuarial advice. You will engage in M&A due diligence and performance analysis, while contributing to governance and operational projects. Your proactive participation will enhance efficiency and client solutions across various engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actuarial and rewards projects with collaboration

• Support M&A due diligence and pension valuations

• Conduct analysis and research for compensation insights

• Assist in preparing deliverables and client support

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Post secondary education in Actuarial Sciences

• Actively pursuing ACIA or ASA credential

• Previous experience in pension or valuation preferred

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
