In this Senior Personal Banker role, you will connect with clients to assist them in reaching their financial aspirations. Your expertise in financial planning, coupled with in-depth knowledge of TD products, will ensure a top-level service experience. Engage with customers to uncover their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional customer experiences focused on home borrowing
• Leverage expertise in real-estate secured lending and banking products
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs
• Improve customer confidence through ongoing dialogue and support
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all TD products and policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Knowledge of Investment Funds Canada (IFC)
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA)
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
