CILT Financial Report Reviewer; Part-Time

Position: CILT Financial Report Reviewer (Part-Time)
Make a difference at CILT as a part-time Financial Report Reviewer. This hybrid role of 15-19 hours/week involves analyzing financial documents to support participants in the Direct Funding Program.

As a Bookkeeping Report Reviewer, you'll collaborate with the Direct Funding Finance Team on a one-year contract. Your main focus will be ensuring the accuracy of Self-Managers' financial records and conducting in-depth investigations of discrepancies. This role directly contributes to the autonomy of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify financial documents for compliance

• Investigate financial irregularities and communicate results

• Engage with Self-Managers and employees for necessary data

• Monitor cash flow and assess participant documentation

• Assist in team operations for program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Background in accounting, payroll, or business administration

• Experience with bookkeeping systems (manual or electronic)

• In-depth knowledge of payroll guidelines

• Strong verbal, written, and computer skills

• Clear reporting abilities for findings and information
