Manager of Structured Finance

Position: Manager of Structured Finance at Scotiabank
Drive operational excellence in Structured Finance with Scotiabank as a Manager. Lead day-to-day activities supporting securitization programs in a collaborative environment.

In this pivotal Manager role, you will oversee the operations supporting asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits within Global Wholesale Operations (GWO). You'll work closely with various teams, including Treasury and Risk, ensuring compliance and fostering business growth through operational efficiency and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for securitization and ABCP structures

• Oversee funding requests and invoice generation processes

• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and workflow documentation

• Monitor operational performance and report on analyses

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business, or related fields

• Experience in structured finance or capital markets operations

• Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities

• Knowledge of operational risk management and review processes

• Proficiency with Secure Hub or similar operational platforms
