Position: Peakhill Capital Financial Analyst Role

You’ll conduct site visits, analyze borrower profiles, and maintain quality control throughout the underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze assumptions for all Replacement of Covenants requests

• Conduct thorough due diligence on borrower financials

• Prepare comprehensive Credit Presentations efficiently

• Maintain client relationships through regular interaction

• Develop ties with CMHC’s Multi-Unit underwriting group

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, or related fields

• New grads or candidates with 1 year related experience

• Strong research and analytical capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingual (French) preferred
