As part of the Corporate team at Brookfield Properties, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the Consolidated Insurance Program and play a vital role in financial management and reporting. This position requires an organized mindset to handle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in financial operations. You will partner closely with various teams, including Risk Management and Sector Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual allocations and validate cost inputs

• Provide analysis on insurance program costs and allocations

• Maintain cash flow forecasts for premium collections

• Execute billing processes and manage vendor payments

• Track and monitor letters of credit and loans

Requirements:

• CPA designation or in progress

• 3-6 years in finance or financial operations

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
