Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries to fulfill service needs

• Conduct outbound calls for service requests and financial planning

• Manage the death claims process efficiently

• Support clients via chat on the Prospr platform

• Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for building rapport

• Experience in Call Centre or telephone service

• Knowledge of the financial services sector

• Flexible availability Monday to Friday

• Adaptability to digital tools for client engagement
