Reporting to the Manager, Support Operations, this position is essential within the Digital Banking group. You will manage client inquiries from diverse sources while ensuring a client-centric approach to onboarding and transaction processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from clients and departments
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through knowledge
• Resolve and escalate issues as needed
• Facilitate regulatory onboarding efficiently
• Input deposit details accurately into systems
Requirements:
• Background in customer service within finance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience with RRSP and TFSA transactions
• Capability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent communication skills
