Expert Reconciliation Analyst at CI Financial

CI Financial seeks a detail-oriented Expert Reconciliation Analyst in Toronto, ON. Take charge of daily reconciliation processes and drive operational enhancements in a collaborative office environment.

In this full-time role, the Senior Reconciliation Analyst will play a vital part in ensuring financial and operational integrity. You'll manage cash and asset account reconciliations daily, identifying discrepancies and supporting the transition to a new reconciliation platform. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as collaboration with internal teams to implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile cash and asset accounts daily

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly

• Support the implementation of a new reconciliation platform

• Assist in defining roles for the new Target Operating Model

• Track reconciliation metrics and report to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in reconciliations or financial operations

• Advanced Excel and proficient VBA skills

• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
