As Senior Manager, FP&A, you will take ownership of financial architecture supporting Questrade’s consumer lending growth. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll utilize your advanced analytical skills to forecast and prepare complex financial models that impact business decisions significantly. This position offers an opportunity to deliver clear insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage long-range planning and financial modeling processes

• Lead budget and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy in assumptions

• Analyze performance metrics against established KPIs

• Craft succinct narratives for executive reporting

• Support strategic partnerships through financial insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in FP&A or finance-related roles

• Relevant experience in consumer lending or fintech environments

• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL

• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
