This role invites you to either Transaction Monitoring or Onboarding Risk teams, where your judgments have immediate consequences. You will mitigate risks by detecting fraudulent behavior, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and helping legitimate businesses operate smoothly. Your ability to recognize patterns and think critically about financial activity directly contributes to Relay's mission of supporting small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and intercept fraudulent transactions

• Investigate suspicious account activities thoroughly

• Create SAR referrals with high documentation standards

• Analyze transaction patterns for anomalies

• Authenticate new business accounts and detect fraud

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in financial crime or fraud detection

• Proven capability in identifying significant patterns

• Strong communication under pressure

• Judicious decision-making in a financial context

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes
