Pacific Life Re is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee capital management across the Group. This senior role demands exceptional skills in data analysis, team mentorship, and strategic recommendations focusing on capital impacts and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with senior leadership and Boards to produce comprehensive capital reports and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality capital MI for leadership and Boards
• Provide support on transactions and regulatory developments
• Develop and implement Division-wide capital initiatives
• Translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations
• Oversee stress testing and monitor emerging risks
Requirements:
• Fellow of Institute & Faculty of Actuaries or equivalent
• Experience in capital management and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in Solvency II preferred
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
