Associate Manager for Risk Operations

Lead operational support and risk management as an Associate Manager in the Reverse Mortgage team. Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and operational efficiencies.

In the Associate Manager, Risk and Operations position, you will focus on improving operational workflows and managing risk strategies. Collaborating with Credit Risk and Legal teams, ensure adherence to policies and regulatory frameworks while monitoring portfolio trends.

Your role plays an integral part in promoting efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and generate reports

• Assist in developing risk strategy and forecasting

• Drive initiatives and projects within risk appetite

• Support UAT and BVT testing processes

• Conduct root cause analyses of operational risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred

• At least five years in a financial institution

• Experience in residential or reverse mortgage processes

• Familiarity with Canadian banking regulations

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
