In this role, you will be part of the Development Services business unit will conduct market research, develop financial models, and assess the financial feasibility of advanced public-private partnerships. Your analytical skills will be integral in managing cash flows for infrastructure projects and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market trend research and regulatory analysis
• Build detailed cash flow models for projects
• Assess financial feasibility through scenario analysis
• Draft financial sections of proposals and documents
• Coordinate with development and legal teams for project advancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business
• 2–4 years in real estate, investment banking, or project finance
• Strong financial modeling skills for infrastructure projects
