• Spearhead implementation of tailored practice management strategies

• Conduct and lead advisor-focused workshops

• Forge strong connections with Branch Managers for practice support

• Collaborate with VP for deeper practice management efforts

• Identify improvement opportunities and resource gaps

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is essential

• 5–7 years in Financial Services required

• Prior experience in coaching or management preferred

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
