Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the corporate business planning model development

• Review regional platforms’ business plans and valuation analyses

• Prepare and evaluate DCF models for asset revaluations

• Articulate financial forecasts and track operating outcomes

• Conduct budget variance analyses for performance insights

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; degrees like CPA or CFA preferred

• High-level skills in Excel and relevant financial tools

• Excellent communication for effective collaboration

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
