Position: Director of Finance at Give & Go
Lead financial excellence at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as the Director of Finance in Etobicoke, ON. You will oversee the financial performance across multiple manufacturing plants and drive strategic initiatives.

In this senior leadership role, you'll provide strategic and financial oversight for 8 manufacturing plants and 2 repack facilities, along with 1 distribution center focused on North American operations. You will collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to enhance financial outcomes and long-term value. This position requires extensive experience in finance within manufacturing or consumer packaged goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy for plants and distribution center

• Partner with Operations for improved financial performance

• Act as advisor on cost structure and investment decisions

• Ensure transparency on operational impacts to financial results

• Drive annual operating plan and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 10+ years in finance, with 5+ in manufacturing

• Proven strategic planning and forecasting expertise

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance and controls

• Exceptional leadership and project management skills
