Position: Procurement and Accounting Analyst Role
The University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies is seeking a Procurement and Accounting Analyst for a hybrid position. This role emphasizes financial analysis and procurement processes.

Supporting the Finance Director, you will handle procurement activities, financial reporting, and compliance measures. Key responsibilities include overseeing purchase orders, analyzing financial data, and facilitating internal liaison for accounting issues. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and management of the financial operations of the School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on major purchases and lease agreements

• Issue purchase orders and obtain supplier quotations

• Process accounts payable and financial reconciliations

• Identify and correct data discrepancies

• Train staff on e-procurement systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Four years' progressive financial accounting experience

• Experience in conducting procurement processes

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
