Director of Financial Systems Transformation

Take charge of financial systems advancements with TCHC as the Director of Financial Systems Transformation, working in a hybrid environment. Spearhead initiatives that ensure operational effectiveness and financial integrity.

As a critical member of the Finance Division, the Director will guide strategic financial systems initiatives  this influential leadership role, you will shape projects that enhance governance, reporting accuracy, and facilitate enterprise decision-making. You will work closely with Finance and partner divisions to drive transformation and maintain operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic financial systems direction for the Finance Division

• Oversee the development of governance frameworks and processes

• Ensure alignment of financial systems with business requirements

• Facilitate inter-divisional collaboration for sustainability

• Address risks emerging from financial systems changes

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in leading complex financial systems transformations

• Experience in politically sensitive, multi-stakeholder environments

• Proven track record in bridging finance and technology

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
