Position: Project Analyst for Financial Portfolios
Join Sun Life as a Project Portfolio Analyst, where you'll enhance financial operational processes in a hybrid work setting. Help manage critical timelines and support effective financial tracking across projects.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Business Portfolio Management by providing insights into portfolio expenses, supporting strategic planning, and conducting variance analysis. Working closely with Finance and project management teams, you'll ensure accurate and timely reporting while also engaging with stakeholders for effective communication and meeting execution. Your proactive approach will help streamline portfolio management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support quarterly portfolio financial activities and reporting

• Partner with PMs and finance for data reliability

• Document and track actions from stakeholder meetings

• Manage portfolio roadmaps and backlog prioritization

• Deliver stakeholder communications on project statuses

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management

• Strong analytical and organizational skills required

• University degree in Finance or related discipline

• Familiarity with Planview or portfolio management tools preferred

• Experience in digital environments and agile methodologies
