BMO is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will guide and coach employees while advising customers on financial products that meet their needs. You'll help build interdependent teams, enhance community visibility, and drive service excellence in compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and coach branch employees in service delivery
• Advise customers on banking products and financial strategies
• Build and maintain community networks for referrals
• Support sales and customer service activities
• Resolve complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant banking or customer service experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
