Position: Finance Leadership Role at Arch Insurance
Drive financial strategy at Arch Insurance in the pivotal role of Director of Finance, focusing on reporting and compliance. This position requires expertise in IFRS and corporate taxes.

Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for leading statutory and external reporting, financial audits, and tax remittances. You'll ensure that financial data is accurate and timely, while implementing strong internal controls. Your expertise will support board meetings and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of annual and quarterly financial returns

• Coordinate with external consultants for accurate reporting

• Manage the corporate tax function and audit processes

• Enhance internal control policies and documentation

• Prepare capital plans and facilitate risk reporting

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in financial reporting

• In-depth knowledge of P&C Insurance accounting practices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• High degree of initiative and accountability

• CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
