As part of the team, you'll support the design, development, and implementation of a cutting-edge MEP administration tool. With over 5 years in finance or tax—ideally in asset management—you will partner with HR and external vendors on financial management aspects while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. Your advanced analytical skills will help you navigate ambiguity and design strategic presentations for executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance and financial aspects of MEP

• Collaborate with HR for tool development

• Assess accounting implications with internal advisors

• Streamline quarterly reporting and payment processes

• Develop solid governance and financial controls

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in finance or tax

• Preferred CPA or equivalent designation

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience in financial reporting compliance

• Capacity to manage vendors and cross-functional teams
