As our Financial Services Representative, you will be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide the appropriate advice and recommendations. You will complete front‑line transactional services to support our Members’ day‑to‑day banking, and have the opportunity to grow by fulfilling advisory sales roles such as opening new accounts, offering credit, identifying opportunities for wealth referrals, and positioning Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members’ financial wellbeing.

Must have a passion for Member Experience, ensuring that Meridian maintains its tradition of exceeding Member expectations and “Bringing the Member Experience to life”.

In addition, this role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific individual goals and contributing towards team‑based business results. This role is expected to proactively engage in revenue‑generating and sales‑based activities, foster and deepen Member relationships, and refer business to other channels.

  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment an asset.

Salary Range: CAD $50,000 to $58,000 annually

Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range.
