You will be responsible for creating and maintaining impactful financial reports that inform key stakeholders. Your skills in cost analytics will allow you to uncover insights that drive effective budgeting and re-forecasting decisions in our innovative real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly reporting packs to support decision-making

• Collaborate on budget creation with financial transparency

• Perform cost analysis to uncover critical insights

• Prepare clear materials for board presentations

• Maintain a current view of cash flow and runway status

Requirements:

• CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated competency in financial modeling

• Proven ability to create actionable reporting for executives

• Proficiency in modern financial tools, including AI
