** Role Summary
** We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and analytical finance professional to support the Delivery Practice, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture portfolios. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and guidance that help shape operational decisions, optimize investments, and drive shareholder value.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis activities, oversee monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting, and play a key role in supporting business leaders through forecasting, strategic planning, performance management, and financial governance. This position offers regular interaction with Vice Presidents and senior executives, providing a unique opportunity to influence decisions within one of the bank's largest and most dynamic technology organizations.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting:
*** Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Operations and Fin Ops teams, to understand operational priorities and translate them into annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Develop robust financial plans aligned with enterprise objectives, ensuring the integrity of assumptions while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
* Provide forward-looking insights that support informed decision-making and effective resource allocation.
** Financial Performance Management:
*** Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances, emerging trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
* Deliver clear, actionable insights that enable leadership teams to understand financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve business objectives.
