Become part of RBC’s Personal Banking Financial Control team as a vital manager. You will assess accounting implications for new initiatives, review financial disclosures, and establish a robust financial infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting advisory for new product initiatives
• Review quarterly financial disclosures and variance analysis
• Establish financial infrastructure for personal banking products
• Monitor the financial control environment and SOX compliance
• Support data strategy projects and process transformation
Requirements:
• CPA or equivalent certification in progress
• Over 4 years of experience in financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and retail banking products
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
