As a Client Manager at Citi, you will be pivotal in onboarding clients, managing credit requests, and ensuring seamless service coordination. Your strong product knowledge will guide relationship-building efforts while supporting subsidiary and regional account managers. This position emphasizes operational efficiency, compliance, and responsiveness to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives
• Manage client onboarding from CRM initiation to follow-up
• Oversee credit requests in coordination with internal teams
• Act as primary contact for resolving client escalations
• Ensure KYC ownership and accurate client profiles
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in client management
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Deliver exceptional client management and operational support in Citi's Global Network Banking team.
