Hybrid Financial Analyst Hydro

You will work closely with the Finance Management Reporting team, playing a critical role in financial planning. Key responsibilities include month-end support, financial analysis, and helping define policies that contribute to organizational success. You'll collaboratively drive improvements and implement effective internal controls while supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate month-end support and account reconciliations

• Prepare detailed financial schedules and comprehensive reports

• Support accountability in regulatory filings and analysis

• Provide financial policy recommendations to business units

• Oversee risk management and internal controls effectively

Requirements:

• Three years minimum of financial analysis experience

• Actively pursuing or completed CPA designation

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant finance or accounting area

• Advanced Excel skills required, ERP experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
