Capital Risk Management Analyst

Become part of the Capital Risk and Governance team in Toronto as a Capital Risk Management Analyst. This role focuses on capital oversight, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

The analyst will contribute significantly to the Capital Risk Management activities, including independent reviews of capital reporting and limit calibrations. Strong conceptual skills and effective stakeholder communication are key to navigating a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Challenge capital risk management activities effectively

• Monitor and report on capital positions

• Ensure adherence to US and OSFI regulations

• Support enterprise initiatives with risk expertise

• Communicate with business partners and internal audit

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Risk, Finance, or Economics

• 3+ years relevant experience preferred

• Knowledge of capital planning regulations an asset

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
