As a Senior Associate in our Finance Transformation practice, you will engage with clients to shape their transformation roadmap. Your expertise in Finance processes and performance will enable you to lead impactful solutions, working closely with diverse teams. This role combines consulting with hands-on Finance technology tool implementations using systems like SAP and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on business-led, technology-enabled Finance projects

• Support workshops with Finance stakeholders

• Deliver Finance Transformation projects and tech implementations

• Contribute to Finance Vision & Strategy development

• Assess Finance processes and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Professional Finance experience in Accounting or FP&A

• Consulting or audit background, preferably at “Big4”

• Interest in ERP initiatives (SAP, Workday, etc.)

• Experience in process re-engineering in accounting

• MBA or CPA designation preferred
