Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational risk management for Personal & Business Banking

• Implement control improvement solutions across product channels

• Assess and remediate risk exposures and control gaps

• Manage relationships with partners in governance and compliance

• Oversee the execution of the Control Framework and audits

Requirements:

• Experience in Operational Risk and Compliance

• Knowledge of banking processes and procedures

• Strong project management skills

• Experience with business controls and audits is a plus

• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities
