Key Responsibilities:

• Direct receivables, payables, credit, payroll, and cash functions

• Analyze hotel financial data and prepare necessary reports

• Recruit, train, and motivate Finance Colleagues

• Develop and enforce controls on revenue and expenses

• Maximize hotel cash flow performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CGA, CMA, CA mandatory

• Minimum 6 years in hotel finance roles

• Experience with hotel accounting systems like Opera

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Previous experience with Shangri-La preferred
