Become a critical part of Aviso’s operations as a Banking Administrator, primarily focusing on cash and stock transaction processes. This role emphasizes accuracy in a client-first environment.
In this 12-month opportunity with the Operations team, you'll report to the Manager, Operations. Your core tasks involve processing cash transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your diligent efforts will help strengthen Aviso's reputation as a trusted financial partner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute processing of diverse cash and stock transactions
• Reconcile accounts for banks and clients accurately
• Generate client cheques and manage processing needs
• Conduct internal transfers for client account balances
• Ensure adherence to banking services policies and SLAs
Requirements:
• Preferably post-secondary education in business or commerce
• At least 1 year experience in a securities office setting
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, Excel specifically
• Experience with Dataphile is a plus
• Excellent English communication, bilingual in French is an asset
