This Analyst role requires a strong foundation in commercial real estate practices, including underwriting and credit analysis. As you collaborate on Mortgage Presentations, your contributions will help streamline our deals from commitment to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the deal pipeline with analytical support
• Evaluate borrower quality and handle documentation
• Coordinate with the Origination team for due diligence
• Scrub financial data and operating statements
• Facilitate deals from the Commitment Letter to closing
Requirements:
• Degree in finance, economics, or similar field
• One year of experience in real estate analysis
• French and English proficiency is an asset
• Self-driven and proactive mindset
• Deep knowledge of financial statements
