Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily special collections operations

• Oversee vendor relationships and remittance processes

• Manage estate accounts through sensitive interactions

• Track and report on debt sale obligations

• Keep procedures and compliance documentation updated

Requirements:

• Proven detail-oriented multitasking experience

• Strong organizational capacity for task management

• Effective interpersonal skills with team and external parties

• Experience with insolvency systems is a plus
