Associate in ALM

Position: Associate Role in ALM at MUFG
Become an integral part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group’s Asset-Liability Management team, focusing on managing the bank’s balance sheet with precision and effectiveness.

As an Associate, you will engage in critical tasks such as cash flow forecasting and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include improving process automation and contributing to client relationship management. Working alongside the Canada Risk team, you will help mitigate liquidity risk and contribute to the bank’s financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage effective cash flow forecasting practices

• Enhance ALM reporting through automation

• Collaborate on early warning indicators and stress testing

• Execute money market and bond market trades

• Provide best-in-class service to clients and counterparts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Treasury functions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and programming skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
