Accounting Manager for Home Services

Lead financial operations as an Accounting Manager with our client in the home and commercial services sector. Drive month-end closings and improve balance sheet integrity across SAP and Service Titan.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 4-7 years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 background. You will manage month-end close, ensure balance sheet accuracy, and lead process improvements while developing a small team. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will strengthen financial controls and minimize manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own month-end close activities and ensure accuracy

• Manage balance sheet reconciliation process entirely

• Implement standardized workflows across financial systems

• Lead a small team and provide technical coaching

• Collaborate with stakeholders for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with CPA

• 4-7 years of business experience in finance

• Big 4 experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
