Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding of mortgage loan setups

• Execute daily servicing transactions and adjustments

• Maintain loan records and data integrity

• Resolve routine servicing issues and discrepancies

• Generate and distribute reports on loan activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar

• 1–2 years in mortgage servicing or loan operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Aladdin software

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Effective communicator with good organizational skills
