This leadership role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Business Risk to strengthen operational risk frameworks. You will lead the execution of the RCM program, advance control assessments, and implement critical enhancements to the risk self-assessment processes. Engage with senior management and stakeholders to provide insights on risk impacts associated with major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of the RCM program across business units

• Enhance control assessments and annual attestations

• Drive innovations in testing methods through automation

• Guide compliance with RBC’s Issues Management framework

• Attend governance forums as the risk subject matter expert

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in Wealth Management, Risk, or Audit

• University degree with recognized industry credentials

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Ability to effectively engage multiple stakeholders

• Professional designations like MBA, CPA, or CFA are preferred
