Position: Senior Manager Risk Platforms at CIBC
Lead CIBC's risk management initiatives as a Senior Manager in Toronto. Drive performance across credit risk platforms and enhance the client experience while working in a hybrid environment.

As the Senior Manager for Risk Platforms, you will oversee the configuration and optimization of CIBC's credit risk adjudication systems.

Your role focuses on enhancing lending portfolios through data integrity and system performance. You'll also be instrumental in managing projects related to Real Estate Secured Lending, Unsecured Lending, and Credit Card adjudication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and ongoing performance management of risk platforms

• Collaborate on risk profiles and control frameworks

• Drive innovation for Risk Analytics and Credit Decisioning

• Build partnerships with stakeholders across various units

• Conduct system implementations and changes using data-driven strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in business, finance, or computer science

• Proficient in SQL, Python, or SAS

• Strong knowledge of lending and credit adjudication

• Experience with systems like FICO and PEGA

• Analytical skills for portfolio performance strategies
