You will evaluate financing transactions, conduct due diligence, and manage a portfolio of corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze complex financing transactions

• Perform due diligence and assess existing loan portfolios

• Underwrite new bank debt transactions thoroughly

• Manage periodic reviews of corporate client accounts

• Prepare cash-flow projections for debt assessment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• 5–7 years of underwriting and lending experience

• Strong analytical and credit modeling skills

• Knowledge of bank products and regulations

• Effective communication with clients and senior officers
