Global Sanctions Screening Analyst:
The role ensures regulatory sanctions screening for interbank messages, SWIFT, Visa, International Remittance Market and EDI-ACH Transfer transactions. Responsibilities include investigation and prioritization of message types, release of false positives on a timely basis, full collaboration within the team, and participation in developing, testing and implementing new or enhanced processes and other process improvement initiatives.

Détails De La Rémunération$59,500 - $84,000 CAD (base salary). The salary is subject to variation based on skillset, experience, professional knowledge, geographic location and other business needs.
Global Sanctions Screening Operations (GSSO)GSSO lies within TD Securities Global Operations and Business Services. The Global Sanctions Screening Operations Group is responsible for first-line review of TD's interbank messages to ensure compliance with TD's sanctions policy.
Job Description /Accountabilities- Control functions associated with regulatory sanctions screening for SWIFT messages, Visa Money Transfers, International Remittance Market and EDI-ACH Transfer transactions.
- Investigate and prioritize respective message types on behalf of TDBFG and release false positives on a timely basis.
- Participate fully as a member of the team providing assistance to others when necessary.
- Actively participate in developing, testing and implementing new or enhanced processes and process improvement initiatives.
- Relevant university degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent PC skills including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of the business unit and operational functions is an asset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, shows initiative, and has the capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read and understand the workflow of payments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
- A high degree of commitment to quality work and customer service.
- Must be a team player.
- Background in a sanctions or compliance related role.
The business operates on a 24/7 schedule, and this role is required to work on shift, weekdays between 7 am – 8 pm, on weekends between 4 am – 8 pm, and on selected statutory holidays in accordance with the shift assigned.
Training is provided in office for a period of 4 to 6 months.
